Tips for Reporting Problems
If something isn't working the way you expect, we want to fix it! To help us narrow down the problem as quickly as possible, please give us as many details as you can. Include what you were trying to do, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Tell us what steps we can take to reproduce the problem, or you can even include the URL of the troublesome page.
Please note that VocabSushi supports Internet Explorer 7 or above, Firefox 3 or above, Safari 5 or above, and Chrome. Older browsers may experience some problems.
VocabSushi Pro Users
If your students are having trouble with VocabSushi, please tell us the usernames of the students experiencing the problem.
If you created your own account or use VocabSushi Pro
You can reset your password by visiting this page, where you simply need to enter the email address you signed up with and a new password will be emailed to you.
If your teacher, tutor or parent signed you up
Then they are the only ones who can give you your password - please ask them for help. VocabSushi technical support cannot email you a new password.
